OCPP Gateway upgrades Apr 24, 2024 09:00-10:00 UTC
We are working on a new flow for releasing code changes to our main OCPP Gateway (The system that all chargepoints connect to), and during this time, we will start rolling out the new release flow.

The outcome we plan for is that this initially won't affect already connected chargepoints, so everything should continue working as normal.

Investigating - We're currently addressing a problem affecting private charge points, where charging sessions may get stuck on "Stopping" once completed, and the charge point remains 'Busy' even after the cable is released, preventing the start of new sessions.

Temporary workarounds

Enable Auto Start:
- Click on the settings wheel of the charge point
- Select Access Settings and select Private
- Toggle on Enable Auto Start
- Click on Save changes

Your car will automatically start charging when you plug in the cable.

If you cannot see Enable Auto Start, then you need to set up a Charge immediately Charging rule before.

- Select Chargers and find your charge point
- Click on the settings wheel and click on Charging rules
- Click on + Charging rule and select:
- Charge immediately (previously Auto Start)

Use Your Native App to Start Charging:
You can initiate charging sessions from your native app.

We will keep this page updated and hope for a quick fix.

Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for your patience!
