From Tuesday, 19th of November, at 13:00 CEST to Wednesday, 20th of November, at 16:00 CEST, we will be conducting tests on approximately 50-75 charge points enabled for PowerBank in the DK2 region. During this time, charging sessions may be briefly paused for up to 20 minutes.
All charges will resume automatically after the test, and ongoing or scheduled charging will continue as normal. No action is required from users before or after the test.
Affected charge points are part of the PowerBank program in the DK2 region.
We appreciate your understanding and support during this period.

An issue was identified for some users, preventing them from starting a charge through Monta Charge. As soon as we discovered the issue, we disabled the feature for all users to minimize any impact.

To ensure stability and performance of our Partner API, we have to do some upgrades to the database cluster powering the system.
We will perform the operations during the night to ensure least amount of disruptions.
From 00:52 - 01:24 (UTC +1) we will be restarting our Partner API database nodes to do performance related operations, during this time, no webhooks will be going through the system, but once the operation is done, the system will continue processing webhooks where it left off, so no data is lost. We expect the downtime to be less than 20 minutes.
