Elevated 5xx errors

Incident Report for Monta

Resolved

From 12:37 to 12:45 (CEST) we experienced elevated 5xx errors on the Monta Charge app, and the account selector in the Hub.

Ongoing charges were unaffected during the period, but users may have been unable to track, start or stop charges during this period.

The issue has been resolved.
