We strive to always help our customers as well and efficiently as possible, and currently is the best way to help our customers are via chat and email.

Identified - A database migration on production led to a partial downtime of our services (Portal, App) for any view related to charges or charging.

Issue was identified immediately after deployment and resolved within 9 minutes.

Resolved - This morning our vendor pushed out a security patch to our database clusters, that required a restart. Before the patch, one of our spare servers went into production to minimize downtime, unfortunately it still provided around 1 minute of partially failing requests while the traffic shifted to the new database system.

After this we have been monitoring our systems for a period and the delays seems resolved.

Identified - We have identified an issue that might cause delay in payment when users start a charge with a charge key.

We are investigating the issue and will update this statuspage as soon as we have news.

Investigating - The majority of our 2nd and 3rd Line Customer Support Team will be at a workshop retreat from Monday 15th until Friday 20th of May.

We will therefore have less coverage than usual for escalated cases but we will still have a few agents present to assist and monitor queues.
