Identified - Zaptec is encountering issues with their OCPP connection, which is causing issues for their customers charging via 3rd party applications - like Monta and other providers.

As a workaround, please try the following steps to start a charge locally on your Zaptec charger - we have confirmed reports of this working from a number of customers:

1. Connect vehicle to start charging automatically if no authentication is needed; track kWh in the Zaptec app.
2. End by disconnecting or tapping "Pause charging"; tap "Resume charging" to continue.
3. Indicator lights: blue when charging, green when complete, white on Zaptec Go for full charge.

For required authentication:

1. In Zaptec app, select charger under "Home."
2. Tap "Authenticate" and hold phone near device. (Visible only with connected car.)
3. Authorization turns light blue; charging begins.
4. Tap "Pause charging" to stop; "Start charging" to resume without re-authenticating.

For tax refunds when not charging through Monta: Once next charge via Monta is complete, you will receive tax refunds for any charges made in Zaptec App in the meantime as well. For any issues here, please contact your tax refund service provider.

Resolved - Our OCPP services have been completely upgraded. Most charge points have already reconnected.

Investigating - Our OCPP servers will be updated with some minor improvements. After the deployment it can take up to an hour for some charge points to come back online. Most charge points will come online in a few minutes.

The deployment will NOT affect ongoing charges.

Vi opdaterer vores OCPP servere med en række mindre forbedringer. Efter opdatering kan det tage op imod en time for nogle enkelte lade standere at komme online igen. De fleste lade standere kommer dog online indenfor få minutter.

Opdateringen påvirker IKKE igangværende opladninger.
