Resolved - Charge points in Denmark on SIM cards (most likely TDC or providers using the TDC network) lost connection on Friday July 12 around 17 CEST.

* TDC Driftsinformation - https://tdc.dk/driftsinformation/telefoni/ (as roaming 4G, affecting Denmark in general)

The situation was restored by the carrier operator throughout the night and the last charge points came back online on July 13 around 07 CEST.

The situation is not marked as resolved by TDC yet though.

Scheduled - Scheduled maintenance for some of our PowerBank users.
During the nights of July 11th and July 12th, we will briefly pause approximately 500 Charge Points, including Easee and Zaptec as well for 20 minutes between the hours of 00:00 - 08:00 CEST

All charges will be resumed automatically post testing and continue their ongoing/scheduled charge. You don’t have to do anything before/after the test in order to charge.

Affected charge points will be located in DK2 (East Denmark and are signed up for PowerBank).

Update - We have monitored that the failed charges are going down, seems like the issue was resolved by Easee. We will continue to monitor just to ensure full stability.

Monitoring - Easee has identified an issue affecting login and access systems, implemented a fix, and now they are monitoring the results to ensure stability.

Scheduled - We are going to release API versioning for Partner API. All changes will be hidden - this is mostly an infrastructure release.

This should not affect anyone on the current version, but since infrastructure is changing, there is a small chance that things might break. We are alert on any incoming errors and will react immediately.

Investigating - We have observed that certain Uno-X chargers have fixed cables and cannot be stopped.
We're aware that there are some issues completing a charge at the moment we're investigating to figure out the root of the issue, we will keep everyone updated while we conduct our investigation.
You can initiate a chat with us through your app and provide the serial number of the charge point visible on the charge point. We will then attempt to stop the charge point manually.
