We strive to always help our customers as well and efficiently as possible, and currently is the best way to help our customers are via chat and email.

Resolved -
This morning our vendor pushed out a security patch to our database clusters, that required a restart. Before the patch, one of our spare servers went into production to minimize downtime, unfortunately it still provided around 1 minute of partially failing requests while the traffic shifted to the new database system.
