Resolved

We identified an issue with our SMS service for verification upon logging into the app at 16:10 CET, preventing customers from being able to login via SMS authentication.

Workaround was to login using SSO, Apple ID, Outlook or email.

The issue was resolved again at 17:30 CET and brought back all SMS services.

All customers contacting us were provided with workaround and handling instructions. We have taken necessary action internally to ensure future SMS service issues will be posted directly to Statuspage.
